senior and disabled

The animals posted here are the ones that are most likely to be overlooked. Some have been in the shelter for a long time for no fault of their own. Some do not show well in shelter. Some merely because they are the wrong color. Black and Black and White animals are the very last to be adopted so they often sit in shelters for a long time.

The old, the disabled, those in need of medical care, those of the wrong color. They need Love and homes and have just as much Love to give, as the young and healthy and able bodied do.

Services at the following shelters are available by appointment only.

Every time the “old” critter smiles when they see you

Every time the “old” dog puts its head in your lap

Every time the old” cat curls up in your lap

and looks at you with adoring eyes

Every time you will be thankful that you chose this “old” critter

Every time, your heart will be filled with joy

Every Time
