Mission Statement of
NORTH BAY CANINE RESCUE & PLACEMENT
We are a group of dedicated volunteers committed to the rescue of dogs from crisis situations, usually those in danger of being killed at an animal shelter who can no longer keep them, or owners who cite the same reason. Without a RESCUE option shelters and the public do not have the “safety net” which we provide as a “second chance” for animals to get adopted and to keep them from being given away to anyone who offers to take them and may use them for fighting purposes, sold to research laboratories or other undesirable outcomes.
